Pool

Closures: In addition to inclement weather, the pool can be closed for water contamination, glass breakage, and other reasons. It’s never fun to get down there with lotion in hand to find the pool closed. Any closures are typically announced on our Facebook page.

Pool Access

Charleston Village uses a “keyless” entry system for both the pool and clubhouse. This is an electronic system using a fob that ensures that residents in good standing can use Charleston Village facilities.

As of 2021, a new pool key system is being implemented. The first key fob for each household is free. Additional fobs, or replacement fobs, are $15.00 each.  Fobs can be obtained from the property management company, RS Fincher.

To pay for the key, *please pay by check ONLY, made payable to Charleston Village Homeowners Association. Include your street address and lot number on the check. Any changes to policies or fees for keycards will be represented by our property management company.

Pool keys will be turned off for residents who are 30 days past due on their HOA dues. They will be allowed to use the pool again when their account has been brought up to date. If you find that your pool key has been turned off, please direct questions to our property management company.
