The Charleston Village Architectural Review Board meets to review and approve/deny architectural requests and to discuss and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the standards.

Homeowners should submit Architectural Requests to our property management company, RS Fincher.
Our property management company will forward the requests to the Architectural Review Board for review and consideration at the next scheduled ARB meeting. If there is no ARB meeting, requests may be forwarded directly to the Board of Directors.
The Architectural Review Board makes a decision and notifies our property management company of the decision.
Our property management company mails a formal approval/disapproval notification letter to the homeowner.
The homeowner may begin work if approval is granted or in the event approval is neither granted nor denied within sixty (60) days following receipt by the ARB of written demand for approval.
Any formal hearings will be held by the Architectural Review Board. The ARB is also responsible for recommending changes to the Architectural Standards and Specifications to the Board of Directors.
