Charleston Village Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee is a group of three or more members of the association, one of which is a member of the Board of Directors who shall serve as the Chairperson.
Nominating Committee Responsibilities
To make nominations for election to the Board of Directors.
To notify residents when there is a vacancy that is to be filled by election, special election, or otherwise.
To send out ballots and proxies for voting.
The Nominating Committee developed the Special Election Guidelines which have been approved by the Board of Directors.
