Clubhouse Committee Responsibilities
Arrange for cleaning the clubhouse on a monthly schedule (mop floors, clean counters, bathroom, appliances, dust, clean windows, vacuum).
Stock supplies of cleaners, vacuum bags, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags.
Make sure the trash cans and recycling bins are taken to the curb on Castleburg Dr. each week for collection.
Arrange for annual carpet cleaning of clubhouse.
Monitor interior and exterior painting; report to Board when repainting is necessary.
Replace air filters in a timely manner.
Report any air-conditioning or heating problems to property management company.
Replace burned-out light bulbs, interior and exterior.
Report budget needs and proposed projects to Board.
